Window Cleaning & Exterior Care Plan – Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all services provided by Oliver Exteriors unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1. Services Provided
We offer the following subscription-based services:
a) Monthly Window Cleaning Subscription
- Exterior window cleaning carried out on a monthly basis.
- Covers standard residential and commercial properties and accessible exterior glass only.
- Each visit includes cleaning of the glass, with frames and sills maintained regularly to keep everything looking clean.
- Interior window cleaning is not included unless specifically agreed.
- After the first visit, services will be scheduled in either an AM or PM slot, to be confirmed with the customer.
2. Payment
- Payments may be collected either via automatic monthly subscription (Stripe) or by invoice depending on the service agreement.
- Subscription customers will be charged automatically on the same date each month until cancellation.
- Invoice customers will receive an invoice following service unless otherwise agreed.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
- Failed or overdue payments may result in services being paused until payment is received.
3. Late Payments
- If an invoice becomes overdue, Oliver Exteriors reserves the right to pause or suspend future services until the balance is cleared.
- Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of the service.
4. Cancellation
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by contacting us.
- Cancellation stops future payments; the current billing period is non-refundable.
- No services are provided while a subscription is paused or unpaid.
5. Scheduling & Access
- Services operate on a scheduled round system.
- Customers may not be notified before each visit.
- Customers must ensure reasonable and safe access to the property on the scheduled service day.
6. Missed Visits
- If we are unable to complete a service due to lack of access, locked gates, aggressive animals, or other restrictions, the visit may still be chargeable.
- The service will be rescheduled at our discretion.
7. Safety
- We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if access is unsafe.
- Severe weather conditions may delay services.
- Delayed services will be carried out on the next suitable working day.
- Determination of safe access is at our sole discretion.
8. Liability
- We take reasonable care to avoid damage during cleaning.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, fragile fixtures, blocked underground drainage, or structural defects.
9. Data & Privacy
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- We do not store card details.
- Customer contact information is used solely to manage services and subscriptions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated before taking effect.
