Window Cleaning & Exterior Care Plan – Terms & Conditions
1. Services Provided
We offer the following subscription-based services:
a) Monthly Window Cleaning Subscription
- Exterior window cleaning carried out on a monthly basis.
- Covers standard residential properties and accessible exterior glass only.
- Each visit includes cleaning of the glass, with frames and sills maintained regularly to keep everything looking clean.
- Pricing is £25 per month for standard-sized properties.
- Larger properties, properties with excessive window counts, or restricted access may be priced at £30 per month, agreed in advance.
- Interior window cleaning is not included unless specifically agreed.
- After the first visit, services will be scheduled in either an AM or PM slot, to be confirmed with the customer.
b) Exterior Care Plan
- Includes monthly exterior window cleaning plus one standard residential gutter clear per 12-month subscription period.
- The gutter clear includes removal of debris to allow free-flowing water.
- Downpipes are cleared where safely accessible; underground or damaged drainage is excluded.
- Each visit includes cleaning of the glass, with frames and sills maintained regularly to keep everything looking clean.
- The Exterior Care Plan is priced at £33 per month for standard residential properties.
- Larger or more complex properties may require adjusted pricing, agreed in advance.
- After the first visit, services will be scheduled in either an AM or PM slot, to be confirmed with the customer.
2. Gutter Cleaning Scheduling (Exterior Care Plan)
- One gutter clean is included per 12-month subscription period.
- Gutter cleaning is scheduled at our discretion and may be carried out seasonally or within the first few months of the plan.
- Customers cannot request specific dates for gutter cleaning as part of the plan.
- If a subscription is cancelled before a gutter clean is carried out, the gutter clean is forfeited.
- Unused gutter cleans do not roll over.
3. Payment
- Payments are collected automatically via Stripe.
- Your card will be charged on the same date each month until cancellation.
- Failed payments may result in service being paused until payment is successfully received.
4. Cancellation
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by contacting us.
- Cancellation stops future payments; the current billing period is non-refundable.
- No services are provided while a subscription is paused or unpaid.
5. Access & Safety
- The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.
- We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if access is unsafe.
- Severe weather conditions may result in delayed services.
- Gutter cleaning under the Exterior Care Plan is limited to sections that are safely accessible from a ladder.
- Sections requiring specialist access equipment, roof access, or unsafe ladder positioning are excluded.
- Determination of safe access is at our sole discretion.
6. Liability
- We take reasonable care to avoid damage during cleaning.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, fragile fixtures, blocked underground drainage, or structural defects.
7. Data & Privacy
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- We do not store card details.
- Customer contact information is used solely to manage services and subscriptions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated before taking effect.
